Seeking Feedback on Tablets

I'm thinking about trying to get a tablet for Christmas. My budget is most likely going to be around $200, so I'm looking at the Wacom Graphire 4 6x8. Does anyone have any comments about this tablet, or suggestions for a better one for my budget?

I really appreciate any advice I can get, as I've never tried one before. My hand is getting soooo tired drawing all those strands of hair with a mouse, though!!
